Additional Notes:
UI Mobility: The main platform UI isn’t completely adaptive to mobile dimensions. However, the Viewer’s public embeds are made with mobile compatibility in mind and should render appropriately on most modern smartphones and tablets.
Browser Extensions: To prevent potential interruptions, disable or whitelist VNTANA on ad blockers and pop-up blockers.
Browser Updates: Ensure that the browser’s auto-update feature is active. This guarantees up-to-date security patches and optimal compatibility.
Safari & Edge: They have been observed to work without hitches, but due to the lack of extensive testing, any issues encountered should be reported for assistance.
