How access works
Every VNTANA user is assigned a role, and every role sits at one of three levels. The level determines what the role can reach — the whole organization, one or more workspaces, or a specific showroom.

Organization
The broadest level. Applies to everything inside your VNTANA organization.

Workspace
Scoped to the workspace(s) a person has been invited to — the most common level for day-to-day users.

Showroom
Scoped to a Share Link Showroom — for people viewing or commenting outside the main platform.
Roles at a glance
Ten roles are available across the three access levels. Your organization's admins assign roles when inviting a new user.
Organization-level access
Applies across your entire VNTANA organization — every workspace, asset, and user in it.
Organization OwnerOO
The account used to originally set up your VNTANA organization. Has full access across the organization — every workspace, user, and asset — plus billing and invoicing. This account can only be reassigned by contacting VNTANA support.
Organization AdminOA
Full access across the organization to view, modify, and delete content, and to manage users and workspaces — everything an Organization Owner can do except billing.
Workspace-level access
Scoped to the specific workspace(s) a person has been invited to.
Workspace AdminWA
Full access within the workspace(s) they've been invited to: view, modify, and delete content, and manage the users in those workspaces.
Workspace Content ManagerWCM
Editing access within their workspace(s) — can view, modify, and delete most content, with some actions (like publishing or bulk edits) limited to specific asset states.
Workspace ClientWC
Viewing, approval, and annotation access within their workspace(s) — built for reviewing and approving assets rather than creating or managing them.
Workspace GuestWG
View-only access to assets in the specific workspace(s) they've been invited to.
Workspace Restricted Access User - EditorRAU-E
Editing access limited to the specific assets or projects they've been individually granted — not full workspace access.

View-only access limited to the specific assets or projects they've been individually granted.
Showroom-level access
Scoped to Share Link Showrooms a person has been invited to — viewed outside the main platform.
Showroom EditorSE
Can view, comment, and place order counts in Share Link Showrooms they've been invited to. Viewing happens outside the main VNTANA Platform.
Showroom ViewerSV
Can view and comment on the Share Link Showrooms they've been invited to. Viewing happens outside the main VNTANA platform.
