VP of Growth

MISSION:

The mission of the VP of Growth is to spearhead the charge on customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who understands how to build and execute awareness and demand generation programs across a variety of channels including paid search, social, display, re-targeting, organic content marketing, website optimization, email marketing and thought leadership speaking engagements to support VNTANA’s rapid growth. They must foster teamwork, have excellent writing and communication skills, be a customer-centered marketer, and eager to enhance brand visibility, generate sales, and maximize lifetime customer value. This position will report directly to the Executive Team and oversee all agency relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Design overall strategy and manage vendors to create a rolling 90 day calendar of marketing content (blogs, social and videos), campaigns, webinars, virtual events and initiatives, with clear tracks for our target customer segments.

§  Develop customized creative assets for performance marketing led channels.

§  Prepare reports showcasing marketing performance and share insights on current and future tests on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

§  Work closely with creative team on developing a cohesive customer journey.

§  Take a data-driven approach to developing and optimizing the digital marketing strategy to reach VNTANA’s target audiences with key messages to drive quality traffic to achieve growth and hit lead generation targets.

§  Own, manage and allocate the Marketing budget intelligently to achieve maximum measurable return on investments from paid search, paid social, re-targeting, and digital advertising campaigns.

§  Grow and manage industry partnerships and partner referral program.

REQUIREMENTS:

§  3+ years in a Marketing or Growth role at start-up required.

§  8+ years Marketing and/or Growth leadership experience in top B2B SaaS technology (CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Management a plus), and/or from a leading AR/VR or SaaS start-up.

§  Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel and obsession about optimizing and scaling its end-to-end success.

§  Previous success driving qualified leads via marketing automation and growth hacking.

§  Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills. Portfolio of thought leadership content is a plus.

§  Robust understanding of the Google AdWords ad platform; ideally with experience managing campaigns in support of direct response objectives.
