Business Development Representative

Job Title:  Business Development Representative – Full Time

Primary Function: Convert leads and prospects into happy customers and 3D/AR fanatics.

Salary: Base of $45k – $58k, OTE target ~1.5x base

Are you looking to join a high-growth technology startup and play a critical role in their expansion? We are looking for our second Business Development Representative to join us as we change the face of eCommerce through 3D & AR. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for prospecting qualified leads and setting up meetings for the Account Executives by working individually and with our team of BDRs and Marketing. You will be working with owners, C-level executives, & heads of eCommerce to help them understand the value that 3D & AR can have on their business and how important it is to use a solution that can scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect qualified leads through LinkedIn, Email and phone calls and set meetings for AEs
  • Meet with heads of eCommerce, Marketing, & owners to learn about their needs and educate them on the power of 3D & AR
  • Write effective copy and email sequences to convey the value of VNTANA’s product to customers
  • Work with the AEs and Head of Sales to identify which outbound sales strategies are working and which are not
  • Run a repeatable prospecting process to reliably set qualified meetings

Requirements

  • Proven track-record in SaaS, eCommerce, martech, or retail sales with 1-3 years of experience
  • 1 year of start-up experience (less than 75 full-time employees)
  • The ability to learn and understand new technologies & concepts quickly
  • Highly detail oriented
  • The ability to close a sale from prospecting through to implementation
  • Hubspot experience a plus
  • The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
